RETURNS

  • IN STORE RETURNS

    All purchases made in-store can be returned or exchanged for change of mind within 30 days in any HARLI + HARPA store in the country of purchase. Return your purchase by going to your nearest HARLI + HARPA store with your receipt or proof of purchase.  If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. All items returned to HARLI + HARPA must be in their original sale condition.

    Subject to law we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Earrings, Piercing Jewellery, Hair accessories or Gift Cards.

    CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

    • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
    • Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
    • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED AFTER A REFUND?

    Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-10 business days for your funds to appear in your account.

    Please note there may be delays on processing returns during busier trade period.

MATERIALS AND CARE

  • HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?

    To keep your jewellery in its best condition we recommend that your pieces are individually stored to ensure they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Care should be taken with any gemstones to ensure they do not knock against anything when stored. To avoid chain from getting tangled it is best to have them fastened.

    If you live in a humid environment, storing your jewellery with a small packet of desiccant crystals can help keep them from tarnishing.

    Keeping products from our Gold plated, Sterling Silver, Gold and Silver Vermeil collections in a cool, dry place will help keeping them looking their best. Sterling silver will naturally become oxidised with time and wear. Storing them in a sealed bag or airtight box when not being worn will keep out air that causes oxidation, this will also be slowed with regular wear. If you do store your jewellery for extended periods of time, it is best to clean the piece to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.

    All our Jewellery is particularly susceptible to chemicals that are found in household cleaning products, perfume, hairspray, makeup. Nail polish remover, body oils, suntan lotion and deodorant. We also recommend that you remove your jewellery during physical activity.

    Do not keep jewellery in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause gemstones to fade and lose their colour.

  • HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?

    Cleaning your jewellery is important to keeping it shining for longer. We recommend using a chemical free polishing cloth.

    Avoid using harsh cleaners as they contain chemicals that can destroy your jewellery over time. Avoid using jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.

  • WHAT WILL DULL MY JEWELLERY?

    Unless otherwise specified our jewellery should not be worn in the water. Remove rings when washing your hand. Chlorine, salt water and fresh water can damage products by damaging or dulling them. Stones can also be dulled or damaged when worn in the water.

  • IS YOUR JEWELLERY WATERPROOF

    While we do have ranges that are waterproof not all our collections will be suitable for water wear.

    While we have a range of collections that are suitable for daily wear, we don’t recommend having them in the water.

THE HOOP

  • IS IT FREE TO JOIN?

    Yes, The Hoop is free to join. If you would like to join, make it you can do so in-store.

  • WHAT HAPPEN TO MY DIGITAL HOOP CARD IF I STOP BEING A MEMBER

    We are so sad to see you go! You will need to manually remove your card from your Apple or Google wallet. Your member number will be deactivated, and purchases will no longer be registered against this number.

    Don’t worry, if you start to miss us you can always reactive your account.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY HOOP HONOURS

    Usually, you will have a week to redeem a Hoop box or until stocks last. This may change but you will be notified to any changes via email.

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY BIRTHDAY GIFT AND HOW DO I REDEEM IT

    If you have been a part of The Hoop for at least a week you have the Birthday Honour. This offer becomes available on your Birthday and for 14 days following. Head in store to redeem.

  • WHAT ARE THE TIERS IN THE HOOP

    The Hoop consists of 4 tiers. Once you spend $250 and reach our first tier Sapphire you will become eligible for Honours.

    Spend 5700RAN in a year to become a Pearl

    Spend 11400RAN in a year to become an Emerald

    Spend 28500 in a year to become a Diamond
